Arkentas began in 2017 with a mission to create something extraordinary. Our debut project, “OverLords Online,” allowed players to dive into an online multiplayer role-playing world right from their web browsers. The magic happened behind the scenes, crafted with Java’s clever coding, utilizing techniques like TCP/IP socket programming and multithreading to ensure a smooth experience for thousands of players exploring our vast world without any issues.
Moving forward, we aimed higher. We’re now dedicated to enhancing our game using the powerful Unity Game Engine. Our team is diligently working on recreating “OverLords Online” in Unity, even developing a map editor using JavaScript. This innovation allows many people to collaborate on maps effortlessly, without requiring Unity installations.
